I am from the Mid Atlantic region of the USA but have been living in the Midwest since 2002. I have twin boys born in Dec. 05, two dogs a cat, and a rabbit.
What is worse than two four year olds sticking a whole roll of toilet paper in the toilet and flushing it? Two four year olds flushing it the second time, the third time...you get the picture.
